Jackpocket Lottery App

UPDATE: I simply want to say I'm still enjoying JackPocket, and haven't had any problems. Still recommended! OLDER: (Previous review, which was 4 stars, positive, and based on using only a short time, deleted to fit this one): Keeping in mind I haven't used all the features on this app, it's been wonderful for letting me play. I'm disabled, and it's not always easy to get out or make extra stops to play the lottery. Jackpocket is convenient and fun! Highly recommended!

I really enjoy the Jackpocket Lottery App. It's not only convenient but easy to use. I love not having to run to the store when the closing time approaches as well as having the results just pop up on my phone. I especially appreciate the cool games that allow you extra chances to win. From someone who's not very tech savvy, I say it's a winner!

I'm winning next to nothing, but, I do trust the security @ JP, as well as the convenience of having not going to the store & their lines. I do not mind the nominal fee charged either. One thing that I DO MIND, is in my g-mail, I receive a useless notification that my order has been processed & ready for view. It's both annoying & misleading. Aren't those individual conformations enough ? I think so : when I play 4 games, 5 notifications show up. I think that there was no reason for it. TY

I spend too much money on this app and I've won a few dollars here and there. Although this app makes things easier, it seems like it has too many restrictions for me. I have played take 5 many of times and I have won 4 out of the 5 numbers but the reward just didn't seem right, I feel like I should've won more than what I received. Something is just not right about that. Now I don't even get the email notifications when I place the orders and I need that for the proof of my purchases.!

Good way to play your local lotto games. Especially if you don't have time or live near a retail store to play. The only issue is that you don't have access to all the play options available. For example, with Powerball, you can choose Power Play, but not Double Play. So, you miss out on maximizing all your chances to win. Hence only 4 stars. Other than that, Jackpocket is great!

It's a pretty basic concept. Not an awful lot of explanations. I have won a few small prizes and it automatically gets put into my jackpocket spending balance. The only time I tried to cash out it made me believe it would take a while to get transferred so I didn't bother going forward with linking an account. I am wondering how easy it will or will not be to cashout "When" I win the jackpot!!! I can update you when I find out 😁

I get a million intrusive email notifications and even calendar events. I looked for notifications settings in the app to turn off emails and calendar items and I haven't found it yet. I communicated with the support email and I have been told to change MY GMAIL settings or create a new email for jackpocket. These options are ridiculous. I get plenty of other emails from other senders that do not create events. This is indeed an error on Jackpocket's side that needs to be fixed by Jackpocket
